Each Chaos propeller is expertly manufactured in the USA to ensure high quality standards.

Chaos comes in a variety of configurations so that you can pick the diameter, pitch, number of blades, and cup value that best matches your boat, allowing you to get the performance you need, whether it be for skiing, wakeboarding, or wakesurfing. No matter what boat you have, there is a Chaos propeller for you.

Chaos Propellers are manufactured in the USA at the Michigan Wheel headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Cast of a Nickel, Aluminum, Bronze (NiBrAl) blend, this alloy provides unparalleled strength and corrosion resistance for marine applications. Michigan Wheel’s material quality is known worldwide. After the castings are produced, each Chaos propeller is then finished using CNC machining. 100% of the blade and hub surfaces are machined, which ensures that every propeller is consistent and ready to go out of the box every time. Because the propellers are so accurately machined, they are not hand polished – the machining marks are left on the surface of the propeller.
